The Los Angeles Dodgers filed bankruptcy today. Fans are very disappointed  and one fan stated that "We need a team with a good foundation economically."

Vancouver fans riot after loosing the Stanley Cup

Canucks 4-0 loss to the Boston Bruins in game 7 of the Stanley Cup finals.
Riots broke out in Vancouver, fires and smashed store fronts by looters. The looters
took everything that they could grab. The police had to use tear gas and there were
at least three stabbings. Vancouver is ashamed of the behavior of just a few and
the mayor called them "hooligans."

Shaquille O'Neal tweeted (through a video) that he is retiring

Shaq is retiring after 19 seasons and he played basketball for the Los Angeles

 Lakers, Miami Heat, Phoenix, Cleveland Cavaliers and the Boston Celtics.

He signed up with the Celtics for two years, but was only able to play 

37 games, due to Achilles injury. 

He is currently working on getting his Ph. D in Human Resource Development

and is planning to run for sheriff in Central Florida. Shaq is 7'1 and 320 pounds.
